Anastasia Bibaeva joined the company in 2013.

In 2003, she graduated from the All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics with an Accounting and Auditing Degree. Since 2005, she has been a member of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia. Anastasia received also education in MBA and IFRS. The total service record in the financial sector is 20 years. She also has extensive experience in managing the Finance Departments of several large building companies that took part in the construction of significant facilities in Russia. (For instance, on the occasion of the APEC Summit and Sochi Olympics).

CEO of SCANEX Company

Alexei Skorupsky joined the company in 2013.

He graduated from the National University of Science and Technology (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys «MISA») in 1991 with a degree in Cybernetics of Metallurgical Processes. Alexei worked in the Russian Standard Company Group where from 1994 to 2007 he was the IT Director and was in charge of the IT infrastructure construction and operation.

In 2008, he switched his area of work to the banking sector at Russian Standard Bank and assumed the position of the Deputy Director of the Banking Department with regard to new technologies in the field. Having worked there until 2012, he implemented projects on website development, mobile and Internet banking and many others.

In 2012, he continued his career at Leto-Bank and was responsible for the Department of Direct Channels and Innovation Laboratory where he promoted online sales and remote customer service, created a network of bank terminals and implemented new pilot projects.

In SCANEX Alexei oversees the service and manufacturing units, determines priorities and supervises the implementation of key projects, as well as coordinates the work of the units and interaction with clients.

Andrey Shumakov joined the company in 2013.

He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1992 with a degree in Mathematics.

His career started in 1993 at the Priroda Research and Production Center. Then Andrey worked at Terra-Space Company, one of the first Russian private companies that specialized in remote sensing and digital mapping.

Later on, he worked in a number of domestic and foreign companies involved in GIS development, for instance, GeoEye (USA) and BlackBridge (Germany). He has over 20 years of experience in the field of remote sensing and GIS.

In SCANEX he is in charge of the company's development in the international market, to be more precise, he is responsible for station and software sales abroad, as well as strategic cooperation with the world’s remote sensing operators.

Valery Barinberg joined the company in 2013.

In 1993, he graduated from Altai State University with a degree in Radiophysics and Electronics. He started his career in the computing center in the Altai branch of the West Siberian Railway where he worked as an engineer for five years. Then Valery worked in the Alfa-integrator - BAAN Eurasia Company Group: in 1999-2006, he worked his way up from a consultant to the Deputy CEO.

In 2006, he continued his career as a manager in the Kaskol Company Group where he was responsible for the Innovative Development Department. At the same time, from 2008 to 2013 Valery acted as the President of the Rapida non-bank credit organization, one of the leaders of the Russian market for payment systems.

In SCANEX he is responsible for company management and strategic development.

Mikhail Zimin joined the company in 2003.

In 2001, he defended his master's degree in Geography and Cartography at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2002, he completed his internship at the Scott Polar Research Institute (Cambridge, UK) studying automated theme-based decryption methods. In 2008-2010, Mikhail worked at the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research (Trondheim, Norway) within a scientific program of the International Polar Year.

In 2009, he defended his Ph.D. in Geography. He is a senior researcher at the Laboratory of Aerospace Methods, Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics, School of Geography in Lomonosov Moscow State University. Mikhail is the author of more than 40 scientific and popular scientific articles. Since 2014, he is an expert at the Foundation for Advanced Research.

He started his career in SCANEX Group as a senior specialist, and later he became in charge of the Thematic and Mapping Departments.

He is responsible for the theme-based projects; map-making for various purposes; expertise on real-time monitoring, development and promotion of online map services, consulting and expertise in the field of geographical research and remote sensing.

Aleksei Ivanov joined the company in 1990.

In 1976, he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Physics Department. In 1983, he defended his Ph.D. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

His professional career started in 1976 at the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics (IRE) of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Then he worked at the Vernadsky Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical Chemistry where he was engaged in studying and developing radiophysical methods for measuring the ocean surface characteristics.

After joining SCANEX in 1990, he participated in the development of hardware and software systems for TV signal digital processing and means for receiving and processing data from Earth observation satellites.

He oversees the development of ground stations intended for receiving data from Earth observation satellites.

He graduated from the Russian State Geological Prospecting University of Sergo Ordzhonikidze in 2002 with a degree in Geology and Mineral Exploration.

After graduation, he worked as an expert at the Institute for Geoinformation Technology; in 2005, he assumed the position of a project engineer.

From 2005 to 2009, he worked as a project manager in Prime Group LLC.

In 2009, Alexei was head of the GIS group in JSC Giprotruboprovod.

From 2009 to 2012, he acted as the First Deputy Director-General in the North Geographic Company LLC.

Since 2012, Alexei is the SCANEX Deputy Director.

Marina Sergeeva joined the company in 2006.

She graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute of Sergo Ordzhonikidze with a degree in Radio Electronics. She worked as an engineer at the Research Electromechanical Institute in Moscow (since 2002 it is the JSC Concern VKO "Almaz-Antey").

Marina has worked in the education field since 1996. Over the years, she held different positions, such as IT Teacher, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Head of the Educational and Methodological Department at the boarding school "Podmoskovny", Deputy Director of the Gazprom private school. In 2003, she defended her Ph.D. thesis at the Department of School Development under the Staff Development and Retraining School in Moscow Pedagogical State University. Her thesis topic was “Information and technological support for monitoring the quality of professional retraining for heads of educational institutions”.

In SCANEX Marina is responsible for commercial and social projects aimed at building a comprehensive system of professional training in the space industry. She initiated the creation of the UNIGEO Consortium that currently brings together over 30 universities.
